• Mindfulness Sound and Gong Session

Join us for a special mindfulness gong and sound immersion session led by wellness and happiness facilitator Zarine Dadachanji in collaboration with Dubai Fitness Challenge. You will sit down, relax and close your eyes through a guided visualisation journey of breathing and deep relaxation to de-stress and release tensions, pains and fears.

With breathing and sound, pain and negative emotions are released for healing. You are invited to set your intentions as they are amplified by vibrations while the sound washes over you and transforms your body into an ‘ear.’ Sound waves are a potent tool that balances the body and mind, and you will be provided with tools to better ground, centre, align and calm yourself.

Participation is free. Ages 16+

Zarine Dadachanji is a facilitator for guided sound sessions. She plays the gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments during the sessions. She continues to study the Way of the Gong with the Grand Gong Master, Don Conreaux. She facilitates these sessions across the UAE and has played in England, France, San Diego, Karachi and Kuwait.
