  • Sunset Yoga and Meditation Session

In collaboration with the Dubai Fitness Challenge and Core 8, Jameel Arts Centre invites you to move, breathe and calm your mind with an invigorating Vinyasa flow session led by Neha Duseja on Saturday November 21, 2020.

This is an opportunity to learn how to synchronise and harmonise your breath with the movements of the body, and will be followed by a 15-minute guided sound meditation led by Osman Zin AlAbdin.

The session will be preceded by a 45-minute tour of Jameel Arts Centre’s current exhibitions. Together with the yoga flow and handpan meditation, you can expect this experience to leave you feeling at peace, energised and inspired.

This is a free event open to all (16+) with limited capacity. The session will be led in English.

Due to overwhelming interest, the session is now full. Please fill the form here to hold your place on the waitlist.

Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats and, if needed, their own props as well. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and grip socks for this experience.

This Art Jameel programme is part of an ongoing series focussed on promoting engagement with art as a wellness practice.
